Our t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts are all true to size, so please choose your usual size.
If you wish for a loose fit, we recommend to go one size up.

Processing Time (aka the Turtle Shuffle)
We’re fast, but we’re no cheetah (we prefer a chill pace).
Order Processing Time: We usually take 1–2 business days to get your order prepped. We like to pack with love (and maybe a dab of glitter). ✨
Shipping Rates (AKA How Much to Send You Good Vibes)
We know you’re excited to get your tee, but we also want to make sure we don’t break the bank with shipping fees. Rates are added at checkout and is fixed for next day delivery from dispatch date. Think of it as a cosmic postage fee for your mind-blowing new shirt.
Tracking Your Order (Stalk It, But Nicely)
Once we send your tee off into the world, you’ll get a tracking number. This means you can totally stalk its journey (in the most non-creepy way possible). Watch it go from “We’ve got your order” to “Out for delivery” to “Your shirt is at your door!” 🚚
Reciept & Signature
All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided.
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service providers will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your product. Such instructions will include a time limit for collection.
Lost or Stolen Packages (Uh-oh, Something Went Wrong!)
If your package decides to go on an unplanned adventure and gets lost or stolen, we got your back—but the carrier will need to step in. If you think your package went into hiding, contact the shipping carrier first. If they’re being no help, let us know and we’ll put on our detective hats. 🕵️♂️
Delivery Problems
If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us via email to hello@trippyturtle.co.uk. If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the time specified on the card left at your address, then we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products, providing that we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery. An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
You provided the wrong address for delivery.
There is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided.
The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible.
The address for delivery cannot safely be accessed.
Where in person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for
Returns (No Hard Shell Feelings)
You can return your order within 30 days from the date you received it. As long as your shirt is in new, unworn, and unwashed condition (you know, no mysterious stains from your cosmic adventures), we’ll accept the return.
How to Start a Return:
Email Us: Hit us up at hello@trippyturtle.com with your order number and let us know why you're returning the item. We promise not to judge—just let us know what's up!
Ship It Back: Once we approve the return, you'll get the address to send it back to. (Please note, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fees. We’d love to pay for your return shipping, but we’re just a humble turtle trying to keep the universe in balance. 🐢
Non-Returnable Items (Some Things Are Just Too Trippy)
Some items just can't be returned, like:
Sale Items: We can’t accept returns on items that were bought on sale or with a discount code (unless they’re defective).
Gift Cards: Those are like your personal currency, and we can’t refund or exchange them.
Customized Items: If you’ve had your shirt customized with a personal design or name, that’s a one-of-a-kind creation that can’t be returned (but it’s extra awesome, so keep rocking it!)
Defective or Damaged Items (Uh-oh, What Happened to My Shirt?)
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re really sorry! It was probably caught in some time warp between us and you. Just email us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll get you a replacement or full refund—no questions asked (except maybe, "How did this happen?!")
